The Fifth Chakra in the human body is located in the throat region. In Sanskrit, the word ‘Vishuddha’ (meaning purification) is used for the Fifth Chakra. This Chakra is the center of communication, listening, and speaking your personal truth.

Learn how to activate your chakras, to harvest the energy within, through a unique combination of Flower essences, Essential oils and bioenergetic techniques. Dr. Elena Esparza, D.C. will guide you on journey for awakening and enhancing your energy body and channeling that energy into specific chakras.

Session 9: Shield- Addresses feeling unprotected, safety, auric field and remembering who we are.

Session commence on the Tuesday closest
to the New Moon!

At the end of every session you will be going home with your own essential oil for each particular chakra. Each session is independent of the other. You can come to one particular session or to all of them.
